Using imported RTV Silicone, we create Silicone Soap Liners or Silicone Soap Trays used for casting hot soap into and forming a soap slab which is then cut using Wire Cutting Jig or other means to make the slab into smaller bars.
The Silicone Liner is usually put inside a wooden box which Acron Polymer Products can also supply.
The Silicone is resistant up to 230C and because of the high quality Silicone we use the life cycle of the product is extremely high.
