Our company, Acron Polymer Products, started in 2014, is one of the potential Manufactures of Silicon Products. Our product range includes Silicone Resin Moulds, Concrete Stamps, Silicone Moulds, Silicone Coasters and Many More, which are designed and developed according to the various needs and requirements of our consumers. Our offered range of products is widely used in the various industries like automotive, medicine, food and engineering. Products offered by us are generally of kitchen purpose and have been widely applied in baking and storing of food. The products offered by us can be functioned easily in minimum space and are always ready to use without any previous preparations. These are manufactured in a manner were extensive operation of product without any or very low maintenance sustains for significant amount of time.

Corporate Social Responsibilies
All Acron''s employee''s are part of a scheme envisioned by the Founding Partner - Mr. AliAsgar Shakeer that contributes part of their wages towards helping people and animals in society. The scheme is called ''Ek Taka'' and literally translates to ''One Percent''. It was named due to the fundamental belief of Mr. AliAsgar, that even if everyone contributed 1% of their earnings towards solving the worlds problems, problems like World Hunger, Disease, Environmental conservation and Access to Education could be solved much faster. This is why for every rupee contributed by the workers, the Partners put in a rupee to match it. Once a year the collected funds are utilized to do some good in the local community.

About Us
''Acron'' means ''Energy'' in Latin. And this is exactly what our company is fuelled and driven by. We are a backed with the support and knowledge of over 50 years of experience in the rubber industry as the initial rubber company in our family was established in the year 1965.
Along the way we found there was a gap in the market for a World Class Manufacturer of Silicone Items that are used in Food and Pharma Industries, and Acron seeks to fill that gap with products made from quality raw materials in controlled processes. In 2014 we set up a World Class unit with a dedicated Clean Room area to fill that gap, and have had a very positive response from both existing and new customers.
We seek to cater to the local as well as international markets, with a focus to proudly provide in every kitchen, lab, hospital, factory and so on, a quality Acron made product.
Along the way we found there was a gap in the market for a World Class Manufacturer of Silicone Items that are used in Food and Pharma Industries, and Acron seeks to fill that gap with products made from quality raw materials in controlled processes. Our Infrastructure
Our manufacturing facility is spread over 3 levels and 7,000 square feet in the middle of Mumbai. All our machines are Programmable Logic Controlled machines that help give a highly consistent output with a high production volume while minimizing human intervention and error.
We mix our own rubber in house on our Mixing Mill with trained operators. All our finishing and packing is done in house, with all products inspected 100% before delivery by our diligent inspection team.
We keep our manufacturing environment extremely spotless by controlling the entry of foreign particles, everyday cleaning 3 times a day, and using the latest in clean room furniture and equipment.
We mix our own rubber in house on our Mixing Mill with trained operators. All our finishing and packing is done in house, with all products inspected 100% before delivery by our diligent inspection team.

Raw Materials
The polymer we use the most is Silicone. Silicone Rubber is available in many different grades, and is used for a variety of applications. The main applications are in the Food Industry and the Medical Industry. This is because Silicone has the following characteristics:
1. High Heat Resistance and Thermal Stability - Silicone is resistant up to 220 Degrees Centigrade, making it ideal for use in cooking and other high heat applications
2. Low Toxicity - Makes it very useful for Food Contact Applications.
3. Low Thermal Conductivity - Makes it very useful for Insulating applications.
4. Low Chemical Reactivity - Makes it useful for sealing applications. Please contact us to inquire about compatibility.
5. Does not support Microbiological growth and is Physiologically Inert - Making it ideal for Food and Medical applications.
6. Resistance to Oxygen, Ozone, and UV Light - Making it useful for outdoor applications.
